One button, one hand
Hold the grinder over the plate and press the round button on the front of the body. The motor turns the burr for as long as you hold it and stops when you let go, so there is no twisting a cap back and forth and no need for a second hand over a hot pan.
Charges over USB-C
A USB-C port sits in the side of the upper body and a charging cable comes in the box, so there are no batteries to buy or swap out. Charge it like a phone and stand it back on the worktop.
Coarseness set on the base
The base cap is a rotary adjuster with graduated markings around it. Turn it one way for a fine grind for sauces and dressings, the other for coarse cracked pepper on a steak, and the setting holds until you change it.
