A sleep mask you can actually open your eyes inside. The Smart Sleep Mask is moulded into two deep 3D eye cups rather than pressed flat against your face, so nothing touches your eyelids or lashes — and because no light gets past the contoured seal or the nose cut-out, the darkness is total from the moment you put it on.
3D contoured cups, not a flat strip of fabric
Most sleep masks are a padded band that presses straight onto your eyes. This one is built around two moulded domes with a shaped nose bridge, so there is open space in front of each eye. You can blink freely, side-sleep without the mask shifting, and take it off without the pressure marks and smudged lashes a flat mask leaves behind.
Complete blackout
The shell is fully opaque and the contoured rim follows the line of your brow and cheekbones, closing the gap at the nose where light usually leaks in. Streetlight through a gap in the curtains, a partner reading late, the glow of a phone charging on the nightstand, a cabin light at 3am — none of it reaches your eyes.
Rechargeable module
A slim control module sits on the outside of the bridge, clear of your face, operated by a single button. It runs on a 3.7 V rechargeable battery and takes about two hours to charge over a standard micro-USB (V8) cable, so it is easy to top up from a laptop, a power bank or a plug in a hotel room. The module measures 56 × 36 mm and adds almost nothing to the weight of the mask.
Soft cover, adjustable fit
The outer cover is a soft polyester Lycra cloth over an ABS frame — light against the skin, quiet against a pillow, and flexible enough to sit comfortably whether you sleep on your back or your side. The strap adjusts to fit, and the whole thing packs flat into a bag or a carry-on.
